Happy Halloween!

We had a great Halloween!  It was very fun and "pooksy!" I dressed up like a robot and Elijah dressed up like an owl.  (That's my interpretation of "spooky"). Eli and I dressed up in our costumes and went to a parade right by our house with Grandma and and Aunt Cindy.  We saw a lot of pooksy people, marching bands, and crazy cars! Later that night we walked around to our neighbors' houses and they gave us candy.  When we were done trick or treating we went to a Fall Festival at the church across the street and I got my face painted. That was my very first time going trick or treat and we had so much fun! Enjoy the pictures!

Getting bigger every day!

Hey Everybody!  Hope you are all ready for a lot of pictures!

Two weeks ago we all took a trip to Albuquerque!  We went to see a dinosaur exhibit at the Natural Museum of History.  It was pretty cool and kinda scary.  We were hoping to see some balloons because the Balloon Fiesta was going on that weekend, but the weather was too windy.

I will be two and a half next month.  I'm getting so big!  I'm 3 feet tall and 30 pounds.  Right now I love to jump off anything and everything.  I love to play with balls, cars, trains, and boats. This month I'm learning all about orange "punkins" and Halloween. I'm also learning about how God made the animals. My favorite animal is the elephant.  Last weekend we went to a punkin patch with my friend Amorae.  We had sooo much fun!  We went on a wagon ride, picked punkins, and I even got my face painted!  I'm going to be a robot for Halloween and Elijah is going to be an owl.

Elijah loves to eat, sleep, and poop!  He turned four months old this week.  He is 26 inches tall and weighs 15 pounds!  He's a big boy!  He likes to smile and squeal a lot. Eli loves to play on his belly and kick at the toys on his swing too.  He loves to go on walks to the park and watch me play.  We love to cuddle together and watch Thomas the Train Engine.

Daddy starts working next week as a car salesman for a local dealership.  We are all so proud of him!

Buenos Dias Tejas!

Buenos Dias mi familia y amigos!  Well life has changed for us quite a bit!  We are now living in sunny El Paso with my Grandma and Papa Serrano! I am learning so much these days.  I can eat pretty well with a fork and spoon.  My favorite foods right now are pasta and tomato sauce, bananas, and other dried fruits.  Mommy and Daddy have decided to go vegan so they are always trying to get me to eat their veggies...YUCK!  Mommy and Daddy are also teaching me to go potty on the toilet.  It's been about a week and I'm doing great!  Now I'm only wearing a diaper during nap time and at night.  I'm learning new words every day.  Mommy has been teaching me about how God made everything on Earth, as well as some colors and shapes.  If you didn't already know, I can do sign language, so I'm learning all the signs for the different words I'm learning.  I'm so smart!

My brother is getting bigger every day. Can you believe he is already 3 months old?? He finally started sleeping through the night (thank goodness!)  Lately he has started "talking," but I have no idea what he is saying.  He likes to smile and laugh a lot too.  Mommy says Elijah gets bigger every day.  He can hold his head up for a pretty long time and get he is getting so strong!  I love to comfort him when he gets upset. I'm pretty sure we are gonna be best friends!

Welcome to the World Baby Elijah!

Aloha from Elijah Emmanuel Lee Serrano!  I hope everyone is excited to hear from me!  I waited 9 long months (and a couple extra days..) in Mommy's belly and I'm finally here!  When I was born I weighed 8 pounds and 7 ounces and I was 21 inches long!  Much bigger than my older brother!  Now I am 6 weeks old and I weigh 12 pounds and I'm 23 inches long.  I'm getting so much bigger every day and I've already grown out of my newborn clothes!  I love to cuddle and play on my belly.  My big brother is so cool and I can tell he loves me so much.  He likes to give me kisses and tickle me; sometimes Mommy even lets him hold me.
